JSA's, SWMS and Job Pre-Start's

Instructions:

• JSA — create one manually, from a saved template, or with AI Assist. Level 3+ can use AI Assist.
• SWMS — create one manually or with AI Assist, combining structured work steps, hazards, risk ratings, controls, PPE, control monitoring / review and worker consultation. Level 3+ can use AI Assist.
• JSA Template Designer — create reusable JSA templates manually or with AI Assist. Level 3+ only.
• Job Pre-Start is the quick site/job checklist for day-to-day field use. It can open a blank JSA or a saved JSA template when extra planning is required.
• Records are grouped by Company Sites and Other / Client Sites.
• Offline light: a red dot means this device is offline; no dot means it is online. Offline Field Use prepares recent JSA / SWMS records and templates. Job Pre-Starts use the same saved-evidence/offline path; PDFs, uploads, email, approve and delete need internet.
• Draft PDF stays editable. Approve creates the final locked JSA, SWMS or Job Pre-Start. Level 4 can delete.
