Instructions:

• Use this quick pre-start before a job or when conditions change.
• Select the Site, enter the work being done, answer the three quick checks, select today's main risks and record any specific risk controls.
• Everyone involved signs under Personnel Involved. Completed By is your logged-in Worker record.
• If a JSA is required, save this pre-start first, then open a blank JSA or a saved JSA template. Manual JSA and saved templates can still be used offline; AI needs internet.
• Status light: green = online, red = offline. Save works offline when Offline Field Use is enabled. Files / photos, Draft PDF and Approve require internet.
• Save locks saved signatures. Draft PDF stays editable; Approve creates the final locked Job Pre-Start.
