Instructions:
• One search and sort row applies across Hot Works Permits, Scaffold Hand-Over Certificates and Uploaded Documents.
• Saved sections can be opened or closed and are ready for more permit types to be added later.
• Within each section, Company Sites are shown first and Other / Client Sites are underneath.
• Empty Other / Client Sites are hidden by default. Use Show empty sites inside the relevant Other / Client Sites header to reveal them. Company Sites always remain listed.
• Level 1 users can view saved PDFs only.
• Level 2 users can open the Hot Works form and can view Hot Works records/PDFs where they are listed as Permit Requested By or Authorised/Approved By.
• Level 3 users can create, edit, Draft PDF, approve and email Scaffold Hand-Over Certificates, and can manage Hot Works Permits and uploaded documents.
• Level 4 users can delete records and clean up linked files/PDFs.
Scaffold Hand-Over Reminders — 0
In use: yellow after 5 days, red at 7 days. Not in use: monthly checks. Extra checks are needed after alterations or events affecting scaffold safety. Record an inspection only after it has actually been carried out by an appropriately competent person.
