- Select an existing Site or enter a new Site Name. Existing Sites use their saved Address; for a new Site, enter or search the Address if required.
- Complete the job details, requester, precautionary measures, attachments and authorisation fields.
- Save stores the permit only and does not create a PDF.
- Draft PDF creates a draft copy for checking/email without locking the permit.
- The Permit Requested By signature may remain unsigned during Save and Draft PDF, but is required before Approval.
- Approve creates the final PDF and locks this one-off permit permanently.
- The Authorised By signature is session-only until approval. It is used in Draft/Approved PDFs, but is only saved permanently when the permit is approved.
- Approved permits reopen read-only with the final Authorised By signature visible.
