Company & Worker Management

Company, Sites & Worker Management

Manage your company, Sites & workers.

Instructions:

Company Profile (Primary Contact only)
• Check your company name, contact details, address, and logo
• The company creator is set as Primary Contact by default
• Only the current Primary Contact can change the Primary Contact
• The Primary Contact is the only person who can request cancellation or reactivation
• If you change Primary Contact, the new Primary Contact takes over those rights
• Save Company Profile after making changes

Sites & Workforce Management
• Level 3 can add/edit sites, workers and worker file uploads
• Level 3 can archive/restore Other / Client Sites. Archived sites stay as source records and historical records are unchanged; they are only hidden from new site selections
• Level 4 can archive/restore workers and delete worker files. The current Primary Contact remains protected
Sites
• Head Office is always a Company Site
• A site needs a Site Name, an Address, or both
• Add other company locations such as offices, yards, workshops, depots or branches as Company Sites
• Add customer, job, project, farm or temporary work locations as Other / Client Sites
• Existing non-Head Office sites are treated as Other / Client Sites until you edit and change them
• Open Edit on an Other / Client Site to Archive it. Use Show archived to find and restore archived sites
• Add one or more Site Contacts. Link an internal worker for quick fill, or enter an external contact manually
• Mark one contact as the Primary email contact so database Email buttons can prefill the recipient later
• Company Sites and Workers show up to 5 items then scroll
• Other / Client Sites are collapsed, searchable, and show up to 5 items then scroll
• Desktop shows site addresses where saved; mobile hides addresses to keep the list tidy
• When adding or editing a Site, eSafety checks for obvious duplicates before saving
• If you work on a lot of different sites during the day doing small jobs, it's an idea to create a site called Various (or similar)

Workers
• Add and maintain internal workers here
• Search by name, email, role, or site
• Tap Open to see worker training, files, and incident history
• Verify uploaded safety documents from the relevant module
• Archive keeps the Worker and all historical records but removes their access to this company where active. Restore brings the Worker back only; app access must be deliberately reinstated in User Access
• To invite workers to use the app or manage permission levels, tap User Access

Level 3 or higher only

Company & Worker Management is restricted to Level 3 and Level 4 users. Level 3 users can manage workers, sites and uploads, including archiving/restoring Other / Client Sites. Archived sites stay in historical records and are only hidden from new site selections. Level 4 users can archive/restore workers and delete worker files. The current Primary Contact remains protected. Company Profile is restricted to the current Primary Contact.
