Manage your eSafety plan, promo period and Stripe billing.

Account and billing

• This page is available to Level 4 users for the selected company.

• Promo and trial access is controlled by eSafety, not Stripe.

• The company Primary Contact can set up monthly billing at any time during a free period. Stripe collects and saves the payment method, but no paid invoice is due until the eSafety free period ends.

• The future Lite / Standard plan, user add-ons and recurring AI packs can all be chosen before the free period ends. They stay on the existing eSafety free access until the first paid billing date.

• Stripe manages payment methods, invoices, receipts and subscription billing.

• Once a Stripe subscription exists, plan and user allowances are changed here in eSafety. Storage is included with the plan. The existing Stripe subscription is updated — a second subscription is never created.

• One-off AI credit packs are a completely separate Stripe purchase. Buying a top-up does not charge, renew or change the normal eSafety monthly subscription. Recurring AI Assist is different: it sits on the normal eSafety Stripe subscription and appears on the same monthly invoice.

• Manage in Stripe is for payment methods, invoices, receipts and Stripe billing details.

• After paid billing starts, plan/user increases are reviewed first and applied immediately with Stripe proration. Reductions are scheduled for the next renewal. Recurring AI pack changes start from the next normal renewal with no part-month AI pack.

• Before the first paid invoice, the Primary Contact can cancel upcoming paid billing without ending the current free period. After paid billing starts, cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current paid period.
