Policies
View and manage your Policies by site.
• Saved sites are split into Company Sites and Other / Client Sites. Company Sites open first; Other / Client Sites start closed.
• No Site / All Sites remains available under Other / Client Sites for company-wide documents.
• Empty Other / Client Sites are hidden by default. Use Show empty sites inside that section header when you need them. Company Sites always remain visible.
• L1/L2 can view and open saved policy files only.
• L3 can upload policy files against a site or No Site / All Sites.
• L4 can delete policy files and clean up Storage.
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files show View and Download. Other files show Open.
