• This is the master list for vehicles, plant, machinery, tools and electrical equipment.
• Level 3/4 can open and manage this register, add and update items and documents. Level 4 can permanently delete items.
• Choose the Category first. The register then shows only the identification and compliance fields that normally apply to that type of item. Changing Category later does not delete previously saved values.
• Date-based items use the last/previous date plus a regular interval in months. Service can instead, or also, use kilometres/hours.
• RUC is tracked by the current odometer against the kilometres licensed to. Optional HUB / Hubodometer readings are saved separately and never change odometer or RUC values.
• Vehicle Inspection uses Vehicle / Truck / Trailer items from this register. The inspection reads the current register values when opened; Level 3/4 saves sync changed kilometres / Rego / WOF-COF / RUC values back, and approval updates the Last Inspection details.
• Normal Location uses the same two-box Site flow as inspections: choose an existing Site or type a new Site Name, then add/search the Address. Level 3/4 can create the new Site when the register item is saved.
• Use the optional Site filter before Print/PDF. Leave it on All sites for the full company register.
• Green = current, amber = due soon, red = overdue. Grey = not applicable.
• Test & Tag can be used for chargers, corded tools, leads, fixed electrical equipment and similar items where applicable.
• Out of Service is a manual status — due dates do not automatically change the item status.
