Inspection Issues
Quickly review issues found during inspections and record when they have been completed.
Instructions:
• Choose one Site or All Sites.
• Open issues are shown first by default.
• Level 3/4 can mark an issue Completed and set the Completed Date.
• The bottom Save stores the current Inspection Issues register view. It does not create a PDF.
• Print opens the normal device/browser print dialog only.
• After Save, Draft PDF creates a separate saved PDF snapshot, the same way the Incident Register does.
• Saved Inspection Issues registers appear on the Inspections page under Saved Inspection Issues.
• Email is available from the saved record on the Inspections page after a Draft PDF exists.
• The original inspection is never changed.
• Completed issues stay here as history and will be excluded from unresolved Safety Meeting issues later.
