• Level 3 or higher is required to open and complete inductions.
• Select the date and worker. For Site, choose an existing Site, use All Sites, or enter a new Site Name; existing Sites use the saved Address and new Sites can use the Address search.
• Tick each induction item once it has been explained or completed.
• Attach any evidence, photos, certificates, or documents if needed.
• Save stores the pending record and shows Draft PDF / Approve for Level 3+ users.
• The worker signature is saved with the induction record and remains with the record.
• The trainer signature is only kept for the Draft PDF until final approval. Save does not permanently store the trainer signature.
• Draft PDF and Approve both require the current trainer signature. Approve creates the final PDF, saves the trainer signature, and locks the induction.
