• Start typing a process, machine or equipment name to pick from competency names already used by other workers.
• Competency suggestions do not pull from External Training.
• Selecting the existing option keeps spelling/capitalisation consistent on the Training Chart.
• Save, Print or PDF only — this register does not need approval.
• Level 4 can delete competency rows.
