• Complete the incident details, injured/involved person, classification and description.
• Select an existing Site or enter a new Site Name. Existing Sites use their saved Address; for a new Site enter or search the Address if required.
• Use the serious harm section only when more investigation detail is needed.
• Offline light: a red dot means this device is offline; no dot means it is online. Offline Field Use prepares the last 7 days of complete incident records.
• Create, open recent prepared reports and Save while offline. Firestore stores supported changes on this device and syncs them when eSafety reconnects.
• Stay signed in and keep the correct company selected before leaving coverage. Photos/documents, Draft PDF and Approve require internet and are greyed out offline.
• Save does not require a signature. Draft PDF and Approve require the Completed By signature. The signature is permanently saved and locked only on approval; once approved, the report locks and only Print/Close remain.
