• Level 3 and Level 4 users can create and edit company contractor acknowledgement templates.
• Start with the standard eSafety contractor acknowledgement requirements, then add, edit or delete requirements to suit your company.
• Give the checklist a name. Description is optional.
• Editing a saved template only changes future contractor acknowledgements started from that template.
• Old saved contractor acknowledgements keep their own checklist snapshot and are not changed by later template edits.
• Level 4 template deletion is managed from the Contractors page.
